Hello Cade thanks for another video. I have a question why do Drs ask for C clasp on Hawleys, is it for more stability?
Good question! They usually want them so that there is no occlusal interference, since they are usually go behind the most terminal tooth, they don't have to cross over the occlusion like Adams and ball clasps do, allow the teeth to settle into place.
Did you check out me singing yet?
I did! it was very sweet! I'm sure your sister loved it!
Thank you very much @@RetainerDesigner
@@RetainerDesignerone more assignment please type in " Consider the lilies of the field" by Sandra Schmidt it has a picture of yellow lilies please check out her singing. It's my sister singing that recording was done two months before she passed
Not sure what laser welder he’s using if it’s the dice one Great Lakes has a monitor screen hook up that will show the welding a friend of mine up north LA turn me onto it
I believe the laser welder that @szaradentallab is using is an Orion sold by sunstone. I know some of this models have a screen on them but not sure if they come with a video out. But good to know the Dice one from Greatlakes has one!
Too expensive this machine will sink your business. It’s like an albatross you’re trying to work as hard as you can to pay this equipment and you never will because of the software fee. Good luck.
You make a great point! this will be a technology that will have to fit someone's lab and its situation perfectly. Brings me back to when 3D printing started hitting our industry, at that time us small labs sat back and watched the "Whales" in our industry (The larger Ortho Lab) be the first to buy the first 3D printers. Then the 3D printer prices started coming down in price for us smaller labs to dip our toe in. This technology is and echo of that, but i believe more smaller labs will be quicker to embrace and make the investment. But like you said, if you don't do your homework first, it could sink your lab!
@@RetainerDesigner I would be in 100% if it were $10,000 for the machine and 1000 for software a year that’s where it should be just saying - they have no competition that’s the issue -love your videos. Stay up.!

Hi very good
Thank you
If you ever fix the other heating element, please make a video. I have a brand new one well brand new to me. Looks like it’s never been used in. The heating element is out. Tick-tock tick-tock waiting for that video lol thank you much Perry.😊
I will definitely record it, I been wanting to dig into it, and see what is there!
Auckland New Zealand
I replaced the toggle years ago. I took my pressure pot into Ace Hardware and dude fixed it for me!😮😊
Nice! I hope it is just the toggle! It will be nice to have 2 pressure pots going at once!
Hi how are you 👋
Hello!! Sorry no live stream lately, been sick and/or busy lol!
Hi
I really like your clips, I've recently been working in an orthodontic lab and your clips help me a lot.
So Glad to hear it!!!
I bend it the right way😅
Of Course!!!😁
Both
I need to learn to do both!
Hello! I am k3people. I often watch your live streaming. Thank you. I have a question. If I resin work on a 3d printer model no need for a separator?
yes! absolutely! There are a few 3D printers (Stratasys and Envisiontec they have resin you do not need separator) but a majority of 3D printer resins you will need a good separator (Basically and acrylic to acrylic separator.)
OMG THE SONG
I couldn't help but use it when I heard it!
Great work, lots of work too. Thank you for the video. Very helpful. 😊
Is there an extra fee for auto base?
Good question. The EasyRx 3D Automated Services($125/mo) - you get 50 Scans Per Month , anything over 50 is $1.36/ scan
I tried printing keysplint soft for splints. Not good reviews from dentists. Went back to clearsplint. Love to see how you do with splints.
Thank you for the heads up! Yall.will for sure be with me during my journey with 3D printing splints!
Straightening the 8 inch 20 or 21 gauze wire
You want me to show how I straighten those size wires?
Can you upload quad helix in making video
Yes would love to see it, the question is - can he do it?

Happy Belated Birthday, Cade!!! Hope it's a birthday weekend and you get lots of time to celebrate 🎉 🎉🎉
What is the cost of the AOS machine?
I believe it is just under $100K

Watching from Kenya 🇰🇪 very interesting...
Hello, what is the yellow material used to fix the steel wire?
That is called "Sticky Wax" I get it from here: www.jbcandcompany.com/shopexd.asp?id=718&bc=no
Happy Birthday to you Cade🎉🎂
Thanks🙏
Welcome!
Great work👍
If you do not have a laser welder, you will have to solder the spikes one by one?😟
Yes! That is what I used to do, I used the "Jump Solder" Technique, having a hydroflame helped!
1:02:03 Yeyyyyy🎉🎉🎉🎉
Can’t wait to see that robot competition!! Good luck!! 😅
I have notice that out USA they do put the screws backwards. I wonder why?
Really?!?! I wonder why too?
Waste of wire with the handle lol I just use wax to hold where I'm not going to solder
Thats true! but i find its easier to wax into place if I can hold the wire in place with a handle :)
Fake or maybe not if fake like
They were real!! They were drop shipped to my lab from the patient! Even came with a certificate and everything! Could not believe it, and it made me nervous 😬

It is a Great Lakes Ortho Model holder, I got it from Www.greatlakesdentaltech.com

Hi, love your you tube channel, where can I get colored polymer or dyes for monomer?
JBC orthodontics is where I get mine!
Thanks! Same as April I get all my monomers and polymers from www.jbcandcompany.com
i sometimes mix Alcohol to make it more liquid works good
Oh! Which part are you talking about? The model separator?
and put under worm fan 2 to 5 min heat one coat only
to separate you need elmer's clear glue non toxic
You use glue over separating medium???? I had no idea you could do that?
I just read this part after I replied to last comment 😂 I want to try this emlwrs glue thing, it probably works the same!
❤❤❤❤❤
Does it matter which way the arrow is pointing?
In removable appliances it doesn't matter, but since the fixed appliance have to have the arrow pointing to the back of the throat I usually just follow the same rule with removable appliances
