Terms are a deposit of 30% with monthly instalments for not over 12 months with first 3 months zero interest and thereafter 1% interest per month on a residual balance.
Very beautiful but one thing I hate is those old fashioned black and white concrete blocks I would prefer the natural colour

Oh my gosh me too it makes me it look soooo cheap considering it’s supposed to be in an upscale area you’d think there’s better ideas you see these at the airport or Nigeria,that’s one thing that puts me off this place and lack of sidewalks

What about street lighting? Why do people still build walls yet there is 24 hour security in the estate?

Do not build a concrete fence around the properties, make a garden and follow American and Canadian landscaping
Our idea it do a bit of both. A hybrid approach to luxury and security.
