- Pomona City has been developing in strides to deliver the dream of a City within a City to it's clients! Recently our CEO Ken Sharpe took a tour to get an update from the Chief of Sales and Marketing Marilyn Mosha and the Chief Projects Officer Mandla Ndebele. This is the current update of stands available, and when to expect the completion of Phase 1.

Pomona City will be a secure gated community and estate comprising predominantly residential stands with some looking onto the Wingate Park Golf Course. The estate is currently accessed via Alps Road and will also have access via Borrowdale Road in the future. The estate comprises a shopping center, schools, a park, club house, creche and church avenue.

Less than 500sqm - $56,000
Less than 600sqm - $63,500
Less than 800sqm - $84,500
Less than 1,000sqm - $99,900
