Ingredients :
5 eggs - grade A (鸡蛋)
1/8 tsp salt (盐)
130g caster sugar (细砂糖)
150g (1 1/2 cups) plain flour(普通面粉)
1 tbsp rice flour (粘米粉)
3 tbsp pandan juice (班兰汁)
5 pandan leaves blended with 60ml of water (5片班兰叶加入60毫升水打烂)

装蛋糕糊的时候,烤箱门开这么长时间,烤箱里的温度很容易降下来啊,为啥一定要把模具放在烤箱里一起预热呢?
这种传统模具一定要保持热度,不然的话就算涂了油蛋糕一样会沾模

@@janeneo7873 strange then. I taught the reason i fail is because of the stand mixer i use.
Another 2 reason is...
1. the eggs i used was straight out of my fridge.
2. I add butter to the eggs to be beat together
