What is that?
George L. Traditional British meal usually taken around 2-5pm. Mostly found in posh hotels. Usually involves scones with jam and clotted cream, sandwiches and sweet treats (e.g. little cakes)
Gosh I wish this video existed when I moved to the UK! A godsend since a lot of these chains don't exist in Australia!

Any time a friend visiting from abroad asks me where to get a good, reliable Sunday roast, I always point them toward the Hawksmoor. highly recommended. Their full English breakfast is a winner too.

When I was in London 2 weeks ago, I think I went in restaurant only 2 times (exception: my free breakfest at the hotel).
With all different market that London have, the opportunity to eat good cheap local food was to good to pass by. In London, it's a must to try the food street.
My only regret........I went to the Borough market at the really last day of my journey........it was a sunday and it was close :(

The first time I went to London in the 1970's, unless you were rich, the food was fairly dreadful. Much improved since then.
Will take note. Im surprised someone suggested Nandos. Suddenly relieving my 1D fangirl days hahaha. But if you have any suggested budget friendly local food please make a video.
