I think your video is absolutely amazing. Because you only managed to blink once in 12:38. That in itself is a hidden gem! 😂
What?? I've just started watching it and he blinks four times in the first nine seconds ...
9:55-9:56 half blink 😉
Thanks for sharing your beautiful vlogs 💖😃💖 London is my favourite travel destination.
Very interesting history of London thanks for sharing.❤😊
Some great suggestions here. Thanks. I'm visiting London twice this year. Once solo for 2 days and again with a friend for 3. I'm staying in Kensington for the solo trip so not far away from the Churchill Pub. Better yet, the hostel I'll be staying in is in Holland Park, so I'll literally be feet away from Kyoto Garden. The vaults looks interesting too, so will probably check that out. As for the second trip, me and my friend are drinkers who love unique puns and bars. I'm looking for some interesting pubs and bars and the Mayor of Scaredy Cat Town sounds perfect, and I'll definitely check out your other video
Been to London twice (I'm from Australia) and plan visiting again soon. Done most of the tourist traps so now ready for something different and your video has given me some great places to see. Thank you.
Great video on our way to London February 😀 can't wait to see these hidden gems.
Great suggestions! Can’t wait to visit and see these spots!
Super helpful! Thank you Joe. I’m headed to London for the first time in a few weeks.
magnificent video Tour with Joe. I smashed the thumbs up on your video. Keep on up the solid work.
My favorite day in London was spent in Greenwich. The beauty of the Tulip Stairs took my breath away. There were some students singing Renaissance music there which added greatly to the experience! Also, you mentioned the Painted Hall, which is beyond magnificent, both as a piece of art and as a history lesson. Could have stared at that for hours. The Foot Tunnel is fun, albeit a little creepy. The view of Greenwich from the other side is striking, and was painted by Canaletto. Of course there's also the Royal Observatory, the main attraction, with the stunning views, the GMT line, and all the other wonderful exhibits. What I'd add to that to complete a great day is keep walking through the park in back of the observatory, which is lovely, until you get to the gate at the end. Across the road from this is Blackheath. It's a famous place (although I found no historical markers commemorating this) as it's where Richard ii and Wat Tyler faced off during the Peasants Rebellion over 600 years ago! Today, it's full of dog walkers and Frisbee players. Continuing into the village of Blackheath, now an upper middle class suburb of Greater London, you find some really fine map and bookstores, interesting pubs, an historic church, many beautiful homes, and a very pleasant, completely tourist free atmosphere. Taking the train back from Blackheath station gets you to London Bridge station in about 15 minutes, so it's an easy trip. As said, making a full day of Greenwich/Blackheath was my favorite day of my 10 day recent trip.
Terrific tips. Thanks.
Such a great video Joe, I live in London and while I've seen/been to a few of those mentioned there were some revelations that inspired me to find them or even revisit. And just to confirm they really are great places to go to, away from the usual places that are associated with London.
Well said!BTW using discount to get the European tickets is a good choice
Many thanks, Joe. Great video and very informative.
Nice view Joe ...I really want to visit once in London ♥️

Really interesting video, Joe. Will check a few of these hidden gems on my next video. Just one thing - you forget to mention where Kyoto Gardens is located. OK, Google, here I come....
Thanks so much. You did a great job. Very informative and interesting. It would be great if you could add more photos to show each place. But otherwise fantastic and it really helped us as we're going to visit soon.
I can't agree more! It is helpful for tourists ~ By the way, I found that I can use code to get discounts on tickets on TRIP ~❤
Excellent content. I plan to visit London, and I've already seen the touristy spots.
Have an amazing trip Elizabeth!
Some amazing places, I would love to see them all. I will be in London at the end of april for a day trip. I will try to keep them in mind and try to combine a few of them. Can't do all of them within 8 hours though. Sky garden has already been on my list but as far as I know you need a ticket to get up there, even if it is for free.
The Churchills Arms - Kensington
Sky Garden - Aldgate
The Mayor of Scaredy Cat Town - Liverpool Street
Leadenhall Market - Aldgate
Tulip Stairs - Greenwich
Greenwich Foot Tunnel - Greenwich
The Vaults - Waterloo
Spitalfields at Bricklane
Little Venice - North London

Thank you me and my 15 year old moved to London September so we are gonna try all of these thank you
There is a similar Japanese Garden in Balboa Park in San Diego. Great Architecture and vibes.
Sounds amazing! I would love to visit sometime!
Hi Joe. Thank you for this amazing video. We are arriving in London is about three weeks from Toronto. We plan on seeing St Dunstan after our visit to Skygarden (already made reservations) and the Monument. I've been to London by my husband hasn't. I just had to come back because London is so incredible. I missed Churchill Arms last time. I've done so much research I'm soooo ready to come back
Fantastic! Hi from Singapore!
Liked and subscribed first time watched your awesome video which just popped up today, I am from US, never been to London yet except airport transit. Would you suggest some best parks in London. Cheers 👍
Thanks man! 👍
Thank you 😊
Fantastic thank you for your help😎🌈👍🌈
No doubts London has always been one the best places for tourists attraction, great people, food/resturants, pubs the list goes on. GREAT FOR VACATION TOO. Left there recently, definitely would recommend.
You think so right? …. I haven’t been to London tho but my family and I plan on spending our next vacation there next year.
@@steffan683 Mine wasn’t even a planned vacation, I made profits from an investment so I decided to take myself out, toured around London and dined at some of their top restaurants such as The Araki, and Dinner by Heston to name a few. I really enjoyed myself there, you should definitely try it too. 😉
@@jaluriaja6294 That’s great to hear glad you enjoyed you visit, you mentioned about an investments, pls could you tell me more about that?
@@johnwilson4283 Oh yeah so I’ve been working with a broker for about a year now, she owns a trading platform where I copy her trades from and I’ve been making profits. I make 5% of my daily investments, that’s better than my salary lol
@@johnwilson4283 In my opinion It’s safer than losing your money to unprofessional brokers who'll trade for you.
Hope someday I will be able to visit these hidden gems. Thank you!
Great video!
Like done watch done keep it up ...
Your Stat can see you are performer! You fixed my mood i was low today! I like your theme of page. You've worked hard on this you deserved it! Pressed red box and liked! I do think we have one 2 thing in common. You'll see.
Great video but i wanted to ask you what do you mean with the number above your hat ,which number? 3:50
I thought the Monument was pretty quiet, yet an amazing place to visit.
Staring into my soul, 😆just kidding keep it up dude
very helpful.
The Greenwich foot tunnel is scary 😟 . I remember the first time I had to use it to go to work, early in the morning 5am. I was absolutely petrified. Lol. I imagined a scary dragon was about to chase me. It also had a scary echo Lol. I
Am visiting London in 2 weeks time. Am not interested in the touristy areas. LOVED your video. Like to tell you which ones I visited when I return. A HUGE thanks from Belgium 🙏🌻
Thank you Joe
Can you please recommend how to find that Jack The Ripper Tour in Spitalfields and Brick Lane? Thanks. Very valuable video.
Thank you mate!!!!
❤❤czcams.com/video/G-lyGmds66c/video.html❤❤
Been to London twice and going again in July 2024. Never heard of most of these places but putting them on the list. Going with another couple who don't necessarily need to do the tourist traps so this is a great list. Thanks for making the video.
Enjoy your trip and always happy to help!
Thanks, interesting.. . But don't you ever blink
Ahahaahah true
? 14 times in the first minute
Ahahah literally all I could think about 😂😂😂😂
9:55-9:56 there’s a half blink 🤭
@@thegroovetube3247 that's just him getting all the blinking for the video over and done with.
Thank you!
Hell yeah, a video with actual gems, not just the same old same old. Thanks so much!
Thanks for the suggestions! I’ll be in London with my bestie in December, I definitely want to visit the hidden bar!
Is there anything you recommend a couple days before Christmas?
TIA 😊👍
Blimey, well done... next time I'm in the smoke I'll check out that sky garden... btw tell your viewers not to be ripped off in the pubs, etc near tourist attractions... just walk away a bit and ask a local. I used to work in the City (Square mile) and got stung once... there's plenty of reasonable places if you're in the know x
Hi, I found your video very informative. Thank you. I would like to know the brand of tee shirt you are wearing- with the small happy face on it. Can you tell me where to buy one?
❤❤czcams.com/video/G-lyGmds66c/video.html❤❤
Was the Tulip Stairs in the movie Now You See Me 2 and Little Venice the set for Highlander the series?
Hi Mauricio :), here from Germany I am always traveling alone and flying to London over New Years 28th December to 2nd January 2023 and would be very happy if I can meet people who know their way around London and have a good time together Has.
Isn’t Kensington where there is a Prestige Car Sales place?👍🏼🥰🚗
❤❤Just subscribed
btw, I think you're missing a marker for Kyoto Garden in the end :)
Interesting think
Support for your new channel 👍
Thank you so much for the support :)
I have visited most of the places. I am looking for an inspiration as i grow a hobby in photography. I havent been to the foot tunnel tho. You must be in full concentration for not blinking
Apsley house and wellington arch !
Skygarden is lovely, but 1) you need to reserve a time slot several days in advance and 2) you need to bring ID.
Several weeks more like!
I attempted to use the Greenwich tunnel once when I missed the boat. The creepy never ending spiral stairs on the way down freaked me out and I had to get out ASAP. Its was silent and isolated and I had no idea what would meet me when I got to the bottom. Never again!
I walked under this tunnel to the other side of the Thames, but it wasn’t that creepy as I did in on the weekend of the Tall Ships Festival (year 2014 I think) so there were other people down there. But I can imagine what it would be like if it were deserted
Super News Video
Nice options, Joe. While I definitely recommend Sky Garden, I'd avoid the restaurant... the food is unremarkable as is the service.
Thank you for sharing. I think it’d be more helpful if you’d type up these places or add subtitles so ppl know what to look for. Cheers
Bro did not blink once
It's not really hidden, but I love Camden Market. It is almost impossible to find a wider variety, of amazing food, all in one location, anywhere else on the planet. Plus the people there are so interesting.
You're fantastic! Calm, very nice, beautiful manner and accent...Thank you! Love all the places you mentioned! Love from Italy😍♥🖤💯
The Greenwich Tunnel appears in one of the “24 … Later” zombie films.
