Den bedste svenske tradition er Lucia optog. Hvis det er gjort rigtigt, er det mega flot og det lyder godt.
It was in Danish, so enjoy.

I once visited North America and an elderly woman from the US said: We buy things we don't need, using money we don't really have, just to impress people we don't really like! 😅

As a Swede born in Sweden, I am now watching your video with great interest.
How two cultures differ so much and how to blend it into one.
Admittedly, the USA has quite a few festivities, which differs from the more purely practical festive days in Sweden.
Dancing around the midsummer pole with family, friends and acquaintances is a tradition that dates back several generations.
To Christmas there, the Lucia celebration is added with the Lucia procession to the church with candles in hand and singing, which creates a calm, harmonious time for everyone.
So for those Americans who have no idea what I'm talking about there is the video you can watch about
"The Lucia train" and what it means.
"The Midsummer pole with dancing and tradition"
Take a look at all these videos, inform yourself about the differences between American cultures to the Swedish cultures.
I wish you luck and have a nice day.

Wow?? You haven't celebrated a real swedish midsummer ?? 😂..! Too sweet, think Vikingstyle drinking vodka, eating & dancing all nige long! At least party on/in the day with the brightest night of the year! Then it gets darker day by day! 😎✌✌

It sure can feel like you been in a battle a couple of days later, takes your body sometime to recharge& you cant have any important stuff to do for a day or two..!😎🤕.. Ha en bra dag& ta hand om famijen! ✌
