@@tiffanymorris4471 i respectfully disagree. i think it's one of the few good things this family's done, to make people more aware of what to look for and to know they can remove it and not feel bad about the scar, cause even someone who banks her whole career on her looks, now has a post cancer scar on her face. Ultimately, they do have influence and this is a great way to get the info to whoever watches them, and possibly save their lives one day

It’s issues with her filler, that is not skin cancer! No provider in the world would do any skin biopsy that is like this!

I remember in earlier Kardashian episodes, Khloe did a biopsy on one of her moles afraid it was cancerous. Fast forward years later a cancerous tumor is discovered on her face. Good thing she's ok. Helps to be thorough about your health

melanoma is so scary … I had it at 21 yrs old and would’ve never thought to watch out for it . There was Very little awareness of melanoma back in 2007.

that's why i always go to the derma for any new mole, and lots of them are almost invisible, in normal skin color. I do my best to remove the ones i'm concerned with and all the ones on my face, asap. The ones you want removed without a scar can be treated with co2 laser, with topical anesthetic. The ones in difficult to keep clean areas, with high risk of infection, or if you don't care what it looks like, can be treated with normal surgery, with injected local anesthetic. But only the ones removed surgically , so the second option, can be sent to the lab. So when it has warning signs of malignancy, the derma probably will want a sample to send to the lab, which isn't available if you zap it with the laser. Mohs surgery is an amazing skin cancer removal surgery. They remove the bare minimum, test it on the spot to see if they got down to healthy tissue. If not, they remove another minimal amount and test again. The idea is that by the time you walk out, you know if they managed to get to the healthy tissue and you get your reconstruction or closing, with minimal scarring. It really is amazing
