- Today we enjoy some hot springs in La Fortuna!
The Baldi Hot springs resort is located about a 15 minute drive outside of La Fortuna town and claims to be the largest hot springs resort in the world! We bought a day pass for 50 dollars per person which included either lunch or dinner. We bought our tickets from one of the tour operators in town which worked out a bit cheaper than buying directly.
It was a such a relaxing day and worth the price, we can definitely recommend a visit!

Luckily they differ in temperature so I'm sure you would find a pool to suit you! The hottest one was a bit insane though! Felt like we were boiling!! Thanks for watching :)

Is the pool admission included for guests staying overnight in the hotel, or do hotel guests need to pay extra for a DAY PASS to use the pools?
There's free ones that the locals use near buy , not fancy with swim up bars or any thing but nice

Right across the street is a private hot spring (Eco Thermoles) You need RESERVATIONS to get in . It was cheaper & less crowded

Yeh 50 dollars and the place was really luxury :) We weren't part of a group, we asked around at the various travel agencies in the center of town to get a good price and got it cheaper than buying directly through the resort. thanks for watching :)

Most places accept dollars especially in the more touristy destinations
