    It’s also because of self esteem, confidence and my love for martial arts is why I’m coming back after being away for twenty years. And let me say that I trained in boxing for three to four years and judo for a year and it started clicking for me by my third year in boxing. Mastering martial arts takes YEARS to master and people tend to forget that. I admit I have A LOT to relearn because I’ve been away for so long, but I hope I can spar with Spence one day

    DROP DEM GEMS BRO!!💎 As a 1st degree taekwondo black belt. I can attest to all that you say. We don’t want to fight but we know how to if it comes down to it and self control and discipline is key!! Martial arts does help with adversity and my mental health has improved sooo much I’m happier more confident and I don’t take things personal when offended. I’m just chill ❤ ✌🏾 keep these videos coming you deserve more views and subscribers 😊💪🏾

    to know ten thousand kicks know one well:side kick, not over and over again
    1i can only reach a certain range with my side kick
    2i need speed and strength in order to make this move count
    3i should come up with ways to strengthen my body and its not throwing a side kick
    and so on
    my friend, if my comment is considered yapping your advice is considered misleading, i'm open to coach and teach what i know that surprisingly some teachers get wrong for free if you want to make content

      Hmmm okay… my apologies the concept of 10,000 went over your head. To keep it simple as possible. To get better at anything, it requires a great degree of repetition. Now you can supplement it with other conductive techniques, exercises etc. The point is to master the basics. Side kick over and over again to make it sharper and sharper. You can add other things but don’t ever stop practicing the movement pattern. Would love to see your martial art practices and moves. We can even talk over a podcast or video to explain concepts and sharpen one another. Peace be upon to you.

      Let’s do this. You and I have a martial arts discussion. Let’s talk over the discord via voice messages. Would love your insight on why you think doing constant repetitions of something is misleading. I can send you over my discord or just message me on IG with a voice message and we can chop it up from there.

    Bro your spinning hook kicks you need to point your toes and always remember while doing any kick keep up your gard

    • @BuildingPhysiques
      @BuildingPhysiques  Před 2 měsíci +2

      Haha No you don’t need to point your toes. That’s a matter of preference. When ppl drop their guards, two things, they understand distance. Not every strike requires a guard, if you’re outta range. 2, you can generate more power at times when you don’t have tight guard.
