What has martial arts helped you out with most?
For sure confidence
Confidence and staying calm 😎
Everything man honestly.
Mental clarity
It’s therapeutic for me , helps me mentally, also makes me feel accomplished, if I’m having a bad day it can change my mood, defense
I’m coming back to martial arts to heal from childhood traumas
Let’s go 👊🏽👊🏽

Martial Arts is a whole holistic experience: physical, mental, even spiritual to some degree. You nailed the reasons why I practice martial arts.
Most definitely! Thanks as well 👊🏽
I’m also coming back for discipline. I got a lot to relearn and I’ve been shadowboxing everyday and I have A LOT to relearn
It matters not the length of the journey, but the start of it 👊🏽
@@BuildingPhysiques that’s true
Martial arts teaches so many values and principles 🔥🔥
Yes it does indeed!
You really inspiring in so many ways
Thank you 🙏🏽
The miyamoto musashi quotes are on point dude 🔥🔥🔥 it sucks to not have a teacher in person but I’m gonna use your videos repetitively on boxing. when’s next time you going live?
His book is inspiring bro. Check it out when able. And yes, just work those basic boxing videos. I’ll be going live prolly this Friday again to discuss the new challenge 🙏🏽.
It’s also because of self esteem, confidence and my love for martial arts is why I’m coming back after being away for twenty years. And let me say that I trained in boxing for three to four years and judo for a year and it started clicking for me by my third year in boxing. Mastering martial arts takes YEARS to master and people tend to forget that. I admit I have A LOT to relearn because I’ve been away for so long, but I hope I can spar with Spence one day
One day 👊🏽
@@BuildingPhysiques it would be fun
Indeed.

Inspiring person you are bro
Thanks bro.

Hey love the extra videos and fighting videos. Wanted to ask if you could make a workout video to get a physique like Uruma Shun from juujika no rokuin. he has great cardiovascular/speed. And lots of strength and very lean.
Okay I can do that. Would you prefer a follow along workout or more of a breakdown of what exercises to do?
@@BuildingPhysiques hey sorry late response I think workout would be better since it’s bit easier, but whatever is best is better.
@@BuildingPhysiques I just want to look like him and thanks for the reply your always good at knterescting with viewers and making videos

Know what "reaction lag time" is?
I do
@@BuildingPhysiquesWell what is it?
Was waiting on you to say this. Just how it sound g
@@BuildingPhysiquesI can't reply to you G, my comments just disappear.
to know ten thousand kicks know one well:side kick, not over and over again
1i can only reach a certain range with my side kick
2i need speed and strength in order to make this move count
3i should come up with ways to strengthen my body and its not throwing a side kick
and so on
my friend, if my comment is considered yapping your advice is considered misleading, i'm open to coach and teach what i know that surprisingly some teachers get wrong for free if you want to make content
Hmmm okay… my apologies the concept of 10,000 went over your head. To keep it simple as possible. To get better at anything, it requires a great degree of repetition. Now you can supplement it with other conductive techniques, exercises etc. The point is to master the basics. Side kick over and over again to make it sharper and sharper. You can add other things but don’t ever stop practicing the movement pattern. Would love to see your martial art practices and moves. We can even talk over a podcast or video to explain concepts and sharpen one another. Peace be upon to you.
@@BuildingPhysiques is this podcast part serious, should i get my lessons ready and start this?
Let’s do this. You and I have a martial arts discussion. Let’s talk over the discord via voice messages. Would love your insight on why you think doing constant repetitions of something is misleading. I can send you over my discord or just message me on IG with a voice message and we can chop it up from there.
No lessons needed, just offer your insight on the top of your head. Would love to see your martial arts training as well.
@@BuildingPhysiques sure
Bro your spinning hook kicks you need to point your toes and always remember while doing any kick keep up your gard
Haha No you don’t need to point your toes. That’s a matter of preference. When ppl drop their guards, two things, they understand distance. Not every strike requires a guard, if you’re outta range. 2, you can generate more power at times when you don’t have tight guard.
