Been in Gun barrel for almost a month now and we love it. So peaceful and chill. I didn't want a house surrounded by creepy neighbors and we stumble on gun barrel and we're settling there for now. There are houses being built around the city and they're all affordable and no competition.

Yep... unaffordable now! Major drought this year.
The water was really low. Sad to see that but was very impressive to see the types of homes being built around the lake.
