What? They want to change houses because the waterfront is so far down the hill that they won't be able to see their children from the house? Really? Who would l let their children play at the lake's edge and only watch them from the house or yard? No matter how close the cottage would be to the beachfront, a good parent would be right with the children keeping their eyes on them!

This couple has a gorgeous house. Why not clear a pathway to their lake? The agent brings his dogs along ❤ it.

Nothing will ever be good enough for her. She’s one of the worst wanna be better than the jones I’ve seen so far. My house is 1970 with popcorn ceilings and bulk heads. Like he said you can always change your house you can’t change your land. I have a huge Bogg almost 3 acres of raw forested land a 7 minute walk to the Pacific Ocean. The house remodel has been a nightmare but as I get close to finished it will be adorable paradise. Soon my migrating finch will be turning up to nest, the back yard has way more ducks than usually so we know what that means it is the season. I’ve been watching the eagles prey on them and my resident squirrels are back knocking on my door waiting for their peanuts and the deer last year I had 2 spotted fawns. New bunnies too. She’s not after that she’s after prestige and jones. it’s all all about the granite . I prefer quarts myself. Anyways all those homes were nice compared to what I took on.

      My thoughts exactly.
They spend thousands of dollars for the inside.
Why not clear a path and make a whole place their place.😂😂😅
Making a fuss out of nothing 😊

Their current home is so gorgeous ,I wouldn't give that place up even if I had to walk to the water .I hope they r planning on keeping it and just finding a vacation cottage on the water. Couldn't floods happen when they r right on the water ? I've always been courious about how people handle that r worry about that .

Some lakes are dam controlled. The TENN Valley Authority is an example. Not sure where this lake is but the 1st house was built far enough from the water to avoid all but the most severe flooding.

Buying a home is a MAJOR investment. Yes, many humans want a $1m home for $600k.
However, its' your home! be particular, if you want flat land, or a great view, or a big kitchen, and if its' called picky, then thats' insulting. I do notice that many of these waterfront cottages are outdated and reflect the original date of build. MOST buyers do not want to renovate which takes time and finding someone you can trust. However, this a great entertaining show nonetheless.

Sandra WestleyUK, you soon get used to that step, we have one, because we put a new wider stair case in and to make it less steep, we ended up with the small step you really don’t notice it as you live with things. Gosh don’t like all those steps on the 3 rd place, preferred the 2 nd one. She doesn’t seem to mind all that hideous pine wood everywhere.

I always like most homes shown on these lakes-gorgeous. I will say I DO like pine but everything covered in it is way too much! I’d have to paint quite a bit lol. That 2nd home was strangely tiny bedrooms and awkward angles and really kinda ugly. The third one was bizarre layouts as well. No flow. I’m assuming you have to have guest rooms because everyone wants a visit lol, but man you guys cram beds into every nook n cranny!

I thought it was the couple who was difficult, mainly her. That was the horrible part to me!
I thought the agent tried to stay positive despite having picky, difficult clients!
I will say agent and couple didn't seem real well suited. But, he got a hug and smiles at the end!

If you are working for me, as my agent? You leave your kids (dogs)home. Very unprofessional. Also the repeated jabs at the buyer, are male related.
being handy, man cave, etc. is very weird. Is this a testosterone contest?what is it with you city people. He would be fired in my world.
