They need to be REALLY isolated. If they had neighbors I am sure they would find them to be the most insufferable spolied entitled brats in the worlrl.

Go for the knotty pine cottage, that lake looks like it will be much quieter in the summer and the property is beautiful.
Plus it wouldn't be difficult to white wash the knotty pine. It's an easy fix.

My choice is the second. That lot was exceptional. 2-5k to get the place painted. A no-brainer.

That dog spider is small compared to Australian spiders, huntmen can be 8" across, they're not poisonous and are common in homes.
Don't come to Australia if they cannot handle spiders that size. Our Huntsman spiders would terrify them
And avoid Seattle as well
We have wolf spiders in Georgia that would eat that one for a snack… the one I saw wouldn’t have fit on my open hand and she was covered with a couple of hundred babies…. lol 😂
@@07laines07 lol same up near International Falls, MN where we have our cabin. Wolf spiders everywhere and babies.....by the thousands it seems 😂😮

The reason the tub in the knotty pine house was raised was that the plumbing was under it, above floor level. Not sure why the shower head is so low.

The realtor in this series is beyond obnoxious. The home buyers are usually jerks. Did they play the conflict up to appeal to Americans? They missed their target
