It sounds like you need to have those cams worked on. Because they're not chopping at idle. They can degree them or tune the Cam timing or something. There's got to be something they can do to make them chop

This car feels like a time bomb. Not hating on it but Coyotes on CAM s not that worht the upgrade as much as LS3/LT1 or LS7. Chevy motors gain a lot and make them work great but with Ford headers, Intake, Exhaust, fuel system tune and ported intake will give it best of reliability and performance.
Cams allow for the the valves to open wider,and longer to allow more fuel /air when tuned for added performance, but you will have to lock out the vct on the gen 3( all coyotes) to allow it to chop without a ghost cam tune

Even NA id say unless your installing yourself its not at all worth the money as its like 30hp over stock cams 1800 for the cams and install is gonna cost over a grand as well that's just my opinion.

Sounds like you got a back to stock tune with the Big Cold Air kit still on it!!! This will cause the Cam sound w/ the issues your having prob why your exhaust is straight up gas, Air to Fuel is way off if so be warned as cold as it is your looking to damage ur ride

You only get the cams themselves...everything else you have to buy..make sure you get oil pump gears and upgraded timming chains.

What’s the benefit of having these cams? I have a gen 3 I would like to get sounding this mean
