- Here is a kit review for the New Trugg the Troggoth King from the Gloomspite Gitz army. I also show how to fill in gaps in the plastic using Sprue Glue.

Very striking paintjob (though a little darker than I expected).
Thé edge highlights are very thin and subtle , I liké that.
Sprue goo is amazing, though I do find it a challenge to get the consistency just right. Thanks for the video.
Really appreciate videos on the building/prepping side of the hobby.
Great tutorial on how to use sprue glue properly. Was super useful! Thanks
Those are some gnarly seams. I haven't seen that from GW in a long time.
They've had a tonne like this recently. The Brutalis Dreadnought is one of the worst casts I've seen ever. It's like they found an old 40 year old mould and started using it again.
@@youtubevanced4900 it's even worse than the old giant kit and that kit is old. I've got a trugg coming, hope it's better than the one here but not too hopeful
@@scottm9605 GW really embracing the Forgeworld quality model.
Zero QA done whatsoever.
Just when I was wondering if I need sprue goo. Very well timed.
I have to try making a pot of sprue glue! Thanks for the info on how to make and apply it!
Gotta love Sprue Goo! Great video as always, it'll be interesting to see what direction you go in for the painting.
That horn stuff almost looks like slime being that smooth
For gaps like with this model I use super glue, it dries very fast and rock hard. I apply the glue with a toothpick so I can apply it very precisely .
It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it. Great info here
Nice! Can’t wait to see it painted :0
Can you please send me the full name of the putty you used to plug the holes in the model?
How about for filling gaps on resin models? Thanks!
You can make a similar sort of "slurry" with milliput and white spirits. Vallejo also make a plastic putty for filling gaps.
What primer are you using atm Rich?

I've been too spoilt since 2019 when I started 3D printing and no longer had to worry about GWs shitty models and mould lines.
