I APPLAUD you for demonstrating how to clean a turkey before roasting!! I ALWAYS check the outside for hairs/pinfeathers, and I clean all of the excess fat, and other icky stuff, on the inside. Then I rinse thoroughly and drain. Great job....many of these instructional videos skip those steps!
Seasoning
4 Sticks of Butter (soften)
1/4 cups Seasons All
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 1/2 Tablespoons Onion Powder
2 Tablespoons No Salt Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Badia Complete Seasoning

That time of the year again last year my whole family was blown away thanks to your recipe I literally don’t think a better one exists. happy holidays
I combine techniques from this lady and phillyboy jay cooking, those two are great but I ignored phillybiy jays peppers into the turkey and use my moms homemade stuffing. Phillyboy marinates the turkey in butter seasoning for atleast a day or more and uses a turkey oven bag so you don’t ever need to baste. And he uses the gizzards for the gravy ontop of adding turkey juices. But here we don’t sell those so I just triple down on tinfoil and oven grade Saran wrap from when I learned working in the cooking industry. Still comes out juicy asf everyone surprised I make turkey that’s not dry at all
