As a recovering alcoholic, I wish you all the best. Approximately 30 million Americans suffer from this disease. I am somewhat concerned, however, when you say that rehab sounds like fun. While there are enjoyable moments like physical activity and good nutrition, it’s mostly work. You’re going to need to change your attitude that rehab is a spa resort. You’re going to learn a lot about yourself and some of it will be quite painful. Good luck with this!
