- Hello Everyone! I am Haleesa and also a huge fan of Eurovision. I've had this idea to actually SING my Eurovision top I create each year since I was 15 and now, finally, I am stepping out of my comfort zone and doing this...how exciting! I would say that you are from a Balcanik country. You sang perfectly the Albanian, Croatian and Serbian song. But I saw that you are from Estonia. I love Eesti Laul and especially Egert Miller.

Thank you for your kind words! I am from Estonia indeed, thanks for guessing! But not because of my name. Haleesa is actually my artist name and the girl on Eesti Laul was Heleza 😊 I had my artist name beforehand and it’s not inspired by her. (Both are very non-Estonian names)

@@haleesa1401 why is it embarrasing? I can assure you I can't mention a single word in Estonian, let alone pronounce it as almost perfectly as you did it 😄😄
@@Sergioperis I just tried to sing exactly what I heard, and then kind of check the lyrics and correct some words I misheard. 😝 I find Spanish actually easy to read, as you pronounce it basically the same way as you write, no silent letters (or very few). In Estonian it’s the same, you speak the same way as you write it, plus we roll our R’s too, which made it lots easier ☺️

Yeah Estonia has always wanted to be part of the Nordic countries, but that doesn’t mean we don’t love to be Baltic! We love our Baltic brothers as much as we love our Nordic friends. I guess we want to be both - Baltic and Nordic ☺️
And about the Finnish song comment - I just knew my voice is not made for heavy rock music, so I had to tone it down to make it my own.

I have studied Russian at school a bit, so I know the basics and can speak a few sentences, so for that video I didn’t really struggle with the cyrillic alphabets luckily.
