Well so that smiling woman just morphed into that lady who was waiting at the bus stop ("Smiling Woman 1" or whatever you'd like to call it) and now that lady has become the smiling woman and this time she morphed into this lady wearing a white shirt. I love how it always has a provision for a sequel.
