I watched all games this and last year and am very disappointed with this year's performance. Firstly on defense, last year's defense was solid and the raving stats of being top 5 in def points allowed, not talking about that this year. The offense wasn't good this year with performance drops of the 2 three point shooter that has like 10ppg last year: Bullock and Smith. Dinwiddie plays great and consistently. It's not that the team misses Brunson but something changed too much with new players coming in. Second unit is off and rebounding (old headache). It might be better for Spencer to come off the bench like before and carry the scoring with Luka out. And pass to bertans 3s more.

I've seen Spencer beat 1v1 at least 2 times this season and not by KD... He brags a little, but I like him on the Mavs and I hope he does too.
Everyone will get beat now and then. And I'm sure you know already, but he was definitely talking about personal 1v1 games to 10 pts, not a 1v1 during official NBA games. And I'm sure he and others will back up his claim that he's only lost to KD.

Spencer avoids the subject of the help Luka needs. Not one of them is in prime time anymore, and most of them are still far below last year's level, that's the more serious problem... And besides Luka, there is no other player with over 20 ppg... He had it for nothing 20 ppg at Brooklin, now he only has 16,6 ppg... Not to mention Bullock, DFS and the one with 3 championship titles...😬
