I find that bringing the knees to the chest really helps both in generating extra momentum and putting the body in a correct position for transition. That is how I got my first rep, and I still use it when I am fatigued and doing muscle ups.
This is good advice, today is my pull day so I’ll try some of these. A question: Do weighted pullups increase the height of the pull or is that attained through high pullups themselves?
This comes with explosive power. Weighted pull-ups them selves will increase strength but not necessarily explosiveness depends on how your doing them. I recommend 20 sets of 1 rep weighted pull-up but it’s as expensive as possible
