    Have not been in rc for about 20 years how does Redcat stack up to Traxxas and arrma durability wise?

    • @NPCRC
      @NPCRC  Před 4 lety

      Redcat has some good models.. Landslide and any Team Redcat are my go to favorites and they are great value and great durability.
      Some models I would steer you away from but they use multiple factories overseas that they brand and bring to US for sale here.
      However, they have started to produce their own exclusive lineup and starting with the Gen 8, all their new trucks will be exclusive... so good things to come there.

      I can clearly understand you. That is a very true statement though and not everything is recommended to be upgraded in aluminum depending on how you plan on driving the vehicle. I've had a full aluminum volcano so I I feel somewhat confident being able to drive with aluminum arms and Knuckles without issue. Again it may still call somebody issue one time if you clip a mailbox or tree of course you're going to do some damage.

      @@Ohlavracvsk you can get 55 on 3S with just an esc and pinion change with the stock motor of the Brushless model. 50 is max i felt comfortable with on this truck. Tbones are a must and the knuckles are a weak point if getting into a wreck. The blackout is not the best 1/10 as i feel the Caldera would be more durable.
