Mario, I know you don’t do wrestling but it would be really helpful if you could make a video about how to train your muscular endurance for wrestling, as my cardio never runs out for matches, but my muscles always feel super heavy after the first period. Keep up the goated content 💪
Train the muscles you feel heavy with light weight but 12 - 20 reps for 3 to 5 sets with no more than a minute rest for isolation movements and no more than 2 minutes for compound movements. That should build muscle endurance. The program should be about your specific weaknesses (weak muscles or movement patterns) You shouldnt reach failure and the volume/frequency should take in consideration your wrestling matches/practices through the week (So you wont overtrain), also remember to rest 2-3 days between workouts. (If i am not correct it is because i am not mario rios 😛😛😛😛😛)

When ducking after a combo dont bend forward. Keep your back postured and use your legs more and always keep your head up. Still got a long way to go before your skills become enough to out weigh the sheer power and athleticism of alot of the guys you have called out. You are begininers yourselves.

Throw the hand you drop back a bit more and twist the hip a bit more as you kick if that makes sense, the point of dropping it in those kicks is to help gain momentum and power for the kick. Perhaps thats what you are doing but it looks like you're just drop it and letting it go floppy and really let the pads have it and let it eat your shin
I notice when you do the roundhouse you arent turning your hips over, this makes the kick significantly weaker watch leon edwards he sends his hip into the kick

Hey Mario I have a question for you how do fighters weigh so much and still look lean ( for example Conor McGregor is only 5'8 or 5'9 something but used to walkaround at 180lbs before his leg break )
I look almost same size as Conor McGregor 5'10 but weighs at 145lbs without ever cutting water weight . Please explain
They just have a lot of muscle mass tbh
You definitely don't look like him. If you saw him in person you'd see he's way bigger than you think. He's wider than some middleweights and since his frame is so large, he can support 200lbs and still look normal. Where as anybody else that's 5'9 at 200 will look stumpy.

no ,unless you have a deficit diet and done a lot of cardio without training weights. i do boxing as warmup , then weight training and then finish with some rounds of muay thai.. i gain some weight since i eat a lot

They can bro. They hold the pads high but their technique is good, just lack a little mobility but I’ll tell you what, you don’t want to take a body kick from either of them

The knees are alright.
But the way Mario kicks...
He kicks upwards rather than horizontally. Just take a look. The heel should be facing towards the opponent at the moment of the impact. He doesen't pivot. I don't hate them, i agree with them when it comes to bodybuilding.
