The scrum half pass is a key skill in rugby and can be the difference between an effective attack and one that fails get off the ground! I take a short look at the set ups of 4 of the Six Nations most capped scrum halves in Conor Murray, Gareth Davies, Ben Youngs and Rhys Webb. Each has a different approach and there's strengths and weaknesses to each. The aim in this short video is to give an insight into their technique, not to say what's right or wrong!

Thanks, Tobias! They're all 'effective' in that they do what they're intended to do. But in terms of quality I think Rhys Webb has one of the best passes in the world. Conor Murray gets loads of power from his pass but has a more upright style, which makes overall delivery a little slower!
