    This snack pack is inspired by foods I love including on a cheeseboard! When deciding what to include in my snacks, I always consider how I would pair everything together throughout the day. Here are my combos for this pack: cheese + crackers, grapes + cheese, apples + pistachios, and crackers + hummus.
    As always, we want to pair fiber-rich carbs with protein for a balanced snack! Today, I have apples, grapes, and crackers for my carbs and cheese, pistachios, and hummus for my protein.

      @@punjabiqt08 Nope! Everyone has different triggers and I’m fine with cheese (there’s little to no lactose in hard aged cheeses) and hummus (especially bc it’s not a big serving)

      Nah.. works great as a meal and provides lots of energy. If you prefer "heart attack in a sack" you go for it.

      @Barbara L. Easily 700 calories, cheese, crackers and pistachios are calorie dense foods. It can be a meal for a sedentary person and a snack for a very active one.

    Hi Kylie I hope you read my comment. I love your channel so much and your takes on food. I'm Asian and it's easy to follow your recipe. I struggle a lot with my weights because of side effects psych meds. Now I try to make myself a snack..cook the food I want to eat. I start by adding more vegetables in my food and it helps a lot. Now I like to think what veggies and fruit I will add to my meal

    For those that are wondering the approx calorie count 683 calories and about about 15 grams of protein in the whole box
    2 oz of cheese 228
    1/4 cup pistachios 180
    rosemary crackers 120
    2TSB red pepper hummus 80
    half apple 35
    1/2 cup grapes 40

    I do this as well! A go to for my long days away from home we’re triscuits, babybel cheese, carrots, raw almonds, and grapes. I’d usually snack on a banana a little after too. Kept me pretty full!

    I love your videos! This looks delicious. Do you have any videos with ideas for people with gluten sensitivity? I could eat all those crackers in one sitting but my IBS would NEVER forgive me😭😭😭😭

    I'm very curious...I struggle with IBS, mostly when I've had way too much gluten. I also am allergic to eggs, soy and lactose intolerant (I just stay away from milk entirely) I'm curious on what could you come up with for snacks and meals with all of these as well. I've been trying to eat better for my body and it's extremely difficult to come up with many snack and meal variations so I'm having something a tad different but not the same. If anyone else even has recommendations/ideas, I'm all ears!!!!

      Hello :) I make soup and freeze it in mason jars. In the morning I will pull one out and take it to work. By lunchtime it is almost thawed. I hope this helps :)

    Looks yummy but I would swap the crackers for something else. They get stuck in your teeth which is not great for dental health especially if you’re grazing throughout the day. Maybe try something like crispy tofu or chickpeas

      Does it? None of this looks very filling at all. But all of it together actually might help someone get to the next meal…especially for people who don’t stuff themselves at each meal. Like me. I eat 3 meals a day and only till I’m just satisfied (I hate feeling full), and then eat snacks in between meals. Better for digestion as well.

    Do you really eat that whole thing? I’m overweight and thats like, 2-3 snacks for me. I usually have just a weighed portion of nuts and cheese or cheese and grapes. I’m so jealous how much some people can eat and still be healthy sized 😢
