Hey there Kev I'm a 49 year old guy from Australia outer west of Sydney have been enjoying the RC hobbies since I was around 9 years of age I've been watching your content now for probably about a year and a half I just sat watched a video on a another CZcamsr that was making statement in regard to the way that you drive the cars and the way that you Bash them i don't understand how someone could go on about your content and misconstrued what you actually put out there I enjoy your content solely because of the honesty and Integrity you have as a person this is just a wild stab in the dark but I really think 95% of people would probably never drive RC cars to the extreme that you do pushing them to and beyond their limits I actually really feel like this is a good interpretation of the strength of a car you have always made the statement of how extreme you do push RC cars not many people would push them to this extreme and I think if anything it actually goes to show how far the industry has come and how strong and amazingly well built some of these products really are now. In comparison to when I was a kid I honestly believe you're doing the RC industry add community a service good on you mate all the best

great job Kevin! hmmm..perhaps in the future, some engine builders will come with an electric start that you can just push a button on your remote instead of all the arm pulling. keep up the great job!

It does exist. Most people choose to run pullstarters because electric starters are are expensive, easily damaged, and often flood the engine when trying to start it.
they do exist and yes they are a little pricey, but i prefer the uprated pullstart from FID, they work a treat and i use them on all my rigs now
Their are kits like this you can add to certain motors now. I have one for a DBXL gas... Not as good as you may think... Plus bulky and heavy electric motor.

Kev, have you every thought of making a sleeper RC car? It's basically an RC car that looks like it would be slow and really trashy, but truly, is a beast that hides the real power underneath.

Great job as always. The way you say carburetor compared to us Americans is so different! I am sure we sound funny bc it sounds night and day hahaha.
I’ve had that little 12 volt dewalt impact for over a decade and the batteries are still good they still work like new. I was lucky and got probably one of the first batches that came out in around 2010 or so and everyone that saw those little drivers back then fell in love with them. They are more common now but the old ones still work like new

Kev you should start breaking in factory stock engines properly. You would get a lot more power and wouldn't feel the the need to upgrade them to new engines. Although that Taylor Engine is pretty epic, not gonna lie! Not even fully broken in it is giving those factory engines a serious challenge.

ive got one they are very fun id say more fun that electrics they are a blast if you are gonna get one get the hpi baja 5b its the buggy type they are lighter and if you put the taylor rc engine in it its soooooo fast.
