It sounds more like a front run to be used as an exhibit in an ftc lawsuit or PR campaign for their current policy objectives. But she was right about one thing. A lot of investors want Amazon broken up because it's more valuable in pieces much like standard oil was when it was broken up. Rockefeller never grumbled after he made more money from the result of the lawsuit.

matt i was huge on amazon, only saw upside, noticed they were taking over our lives and the massive efficiencies delivery affords. but now, i'm noticing a new threat...china! you see what amazon basically has become is a portal to awesome Chinese products. but what if China starts to cut out the middleman? i've already read how Amazon is more worried about Temu and Shein than Wal Mart! not sure amazon still isnt "the future", especially if tariffs and regulations hamper china's ability to directly ship to us, but food for thought anyway.

No way, Amazon does benchmarking and they use various techniques to stay on top of the game? And she's selling her book on that "shady" Amazon platform to profit from their intelligence without shame? I added to my Amazon position, how unethical I am 😂

Amazing what people write books about. I’m going to write one about how terrible it is that top sports teams are striving to acquire the best players so that they can win. Revelation or obvious! đŸ€”

Nowadays, if you’re being attacked by the DOJ, it probably means you’re doing something right! 😂 Or someone in Washington didn’t get their payoff! She’s just trying to sell books! Amazon is an amazing company, and what they’ve accomplished in the last 10 years is simply astounding! Being customer oriented is not a bad thing! They’re winning for a reason! And everything she mentioned is common practice, or it should be, if you want to be successful! How do you set standards, or surpass the competition if you don’t know what they’re doing? I don’t own Amazon, but I know a winner when I see one! Amazon is doing everything right, and they deserve their success!

She is just trying to make money off her story/book, pure and simple. It is a money grab. All companies try to get a competitive advantage. That the way it works in a capitalistic environment. The interviewer points this out by citing that Walmart, Target and other companies do the same types of things. She is just picking on Amazon, since it is the big fish for online sales and this will draw the most attention...and therefore, will sell more books...and make her more money.

Another Amazon hater with an unremarkable hit piece, not the first and not the last. Unfortunately success attracts haters and grifters who would like to profit from it by doing things like selling a book on your platform
