Diana's childhood was made difficult by the divorce of her parents. Shit happens.
Other than that, it was a stable life in a home of great wealth. and every possible opportunity. She also had two older sisters to look out for her.
She had nannies, which is normal for a child of her class, and she was horrible to them. She then went to a top school where she mucked about and failed. mShe was given another opportunity at a Swiss finishing school and dropped out. She was given another opportunity, with a flat in up-market part of London, and a catering course, and dropped out. She took a job as an untrained child-minder.....
Poor, poor Diana.
The Queen lived a settled, but not luxurious life with her parents and sister, watched over by the eagle-eye of her grandmother who was training her.
At the age of twelve her life changed radically when her father unexpectedly became King. It was not easy for any of them.
The following year WAR BROKE OUT.
Yeah, Elizabeth lived a really cushy life, with bombs falling on Buckingham Palace, all the gardens and surrounding parks dug up to grow potatoes and cabbages, the people sleeping in the underground railway stations at night, and every day, the lists of dead and missing servicemen being posted. Yeah, Elizabeth had it easy! At 18 she became a motor mechanic and drove an ambulance. to help rescue people from the rubble of their homes.
The war lasted six years...... and after that the rationing continued. This means that you needed coupons to purchase things.
And, trulyyadrian, that was how Elizabeth spent her teenage years as the Heir Apparent..... seeing her Father trying to keep up the spirits of his people... and knowing that one day it would be her job to lead.
She is so alluring. Her shy smile and big, beautiful eyes, and soft voice completely spellbind you!

Yes, they had spellbound the Prince of Wales..... but he didn't last very long before she had her security detachment equally spellbound, along with her best friend's husband, he ex-boyfriend, a cricket star, a football star, a film star or two, her riding instructor, her masseur, the late president's son, a well-known surgeon, a distinguished young man who shall not be mentioned, the son of a retail millionaire, and half the officers at Wellington Barracks.
They all found her ABSOLUTELY spellbinding!

Let me explain the difference between "envy" and "jealousy".
"Envy" is when you look at a person and want what they have.
I think you might be trying to say that
"Charles was envious of Diana's success"
or
"A woman might be envious of Diana's beauty".
That is "envy".
Jealousy is a feeling that you might loose something that is YOURS.
e.g.
"Diana was jealous of her Father's love, and hated her Step-Mother."
"Diana was jealous of her husband's attention, and got rid of his favourite dog."

If you look at a standard dictionary, it may or may not show the differencew very clearly.
Was Charles envious of Diana?
Probably not.
He had grown up with the idea that he was to serve his mother, the Queen, until the day that she died. He was not the sort of person who ever pushed himself forward.
He knew where to walk, in the Royal Line Up, and he did so graciously, EVEN THOUGH he often walked behind people that he OUTRANKED... his father, for example.

Today, I thought of the days when the royal princes and kings went out to battle on horseback, carrying swords. That was real bravery. Today princes do nothing so brave like that to earn any royal titles as kings. Do they? And for Camilla who earned a place in the palace, rub shoulders with the royals, means nothing to me. What you are saying is a ridiculous lie that was first put out by Dodi's father.... the same man who hd ben SO NEGLIGENT that he hired a car that was damaged in two previous accidents, and had broken seatbelts.

It was Bulimia. Bulimia isn't about starving and slimming. It is about self-indulgence.
Diana would stuff herself on rich food, junk food and Mars Bars. She then made herself vomit to make sure that she didn't put on a great deal of weight. She DID at some points become skinny, but it is not necessarily the case with this condition.
The self-indulgence was Diana's big problem, and the Bulimia was only a small part of it.
Diana wanted so much ATTENTION that she drove her various lovers mad with her demands. Early in the marriage, she resented Charles doing ANYTHING that took his attention from her- reading his mail, writing a speech, playing with his dog, even saying his prayers. And because he was a busy man, and did not give her attention 24/7, she became convinced that there was someone else in his life.
Sexually, Charlie's Mars Bar was never enough for Diana.... whose self-indulgence led her to promiscuity from early in the marriage. She was able to present herself to other men as neglected, because that is the way she ALWAYS felt.
James Hewitt went to Germany to escape her demands. Well Carling complained she rang him 300 times in a 24 hour period. Dodi said that if she did not get his full time attention, she "threw her rattle out of the pram." The staff at the hospital where Hasnat Khan worked complained about her ringing persistently on the days when he was operating, and demanding that they bring him to the phone.
Diana's apparent "love of people" and visits to charity organisations was a major source of ATTENTION.

You don’t need to compare yourself to her she was beautiful but she also had the best stylists in the world to maximise her features which also helped as long as you can figure out what works for you you’ll be fine
