Hey Avinash, even m preparing to get in salesforce as support engineer. Hopefully if everything is sorted we will catch up there in salesforce. I am more interseted to learn develpment, are development people getting higher pay scale then support engineers

Hello avinash, can you tell me that you do night shift for whole month or night shift is just one of the shift means one week out of whole month, It would be hard to work at night for every single day

It depend on your interest. Both companies are different, role is different and benefits are different. If I had an option to choose, i would have chosen Salesforce.

If yes, pls let me know after working for how many months/ years as a TSE will I be eligible to apply for Developer role ?
Yes there are growth opportunities in salesforce as TSE. You can switch after 1-1.5 year but it depends upon managers.
