Hi, Currently working in Accenture in support project having 2.5 year of experience now want to switch in... Salesforce but in most of the job profile i can see that administrator certification is required...but I don't have and waiting for voucher....i already started learning through trailhead and having knowledge of apex so still need certification or i can apply?? It depend on your interest. Both companies are different, role is different and benefits are different. If I had an option to choose, i would have chosen Salesforce.

Yes there are growth opportunities in salesforce as TSE. You can switch after 1-1.5 year but it depends upon managers.
