Im doing my captone project right now too.
Sir what about FastAPI I found it more straight forward when developing API. should I consider it as a modern framework or just learn Django and then Django REST?
Sounds like a good choice. It probably shares a lot of the same characteristics as other frameworks. Check to see if any jobs on indeed.com mention FastAPI or django as skills they would like you to have. That will be the real answer to whether or not your skill will be relevant.
