I am picking up my grandpa 2002 ford sports trac this weekend! So excited to have found your videos because the radio was the first thing I wanted to change out plus adding the backup cam! Just added the precut window tint you linked as well.
Any recommendations for plain ring the insides like around the radio etc. and good seat covers?

If you routed that power wire for the camera underneath the bed and up to the reverse light it would’ve been a lot cleaner install.
No wires anyone can get a hold of.

Can we get some info on that radio? Im guessing you did a video on that upgrade as well? I'm an owner since 2002 of a 1998 Ford Explorer Sport that only has 42k miles on the motor. Body isnt too bad but I'm tired of working on it and decided to see if I can use my motor in another vehicle and thats when I discovered those cool Sport Tracs from 2001-2005 can use my 98 Explorer's motor! So now im in the market searching for a nice ST for a good price and your videos are getting me excited for all the upgrades I want to do immediately. Keep these vids coming!

I need help I just bought a back up camera that goes into the license plate I followed all the instructions on the manual that came with the camera. my problem is that I cant seem to get it to power on like I tapped into the reverse lights with different tap in clamp connectors and even tied them on the reverse wires without the clamp ons but no luck.

Scotch lock connectors are not the ideal method of connecting wires especially outside of the vehicle where moisture will surely corrode the connections.
I think those plastic crimps that you heat up that seal with glue would be ideal for this application.

What did you do with the two wires at the latch that say guid lines
You can unplug that connector and the display will give you guidelines. I left mine plugged in.
Did you have any issues with yours not sitting flush in the tailgate? Just installed mine and it's not sitting flush on the upper part of the tailgate.
No issue at all. Mine sits flush.
What did you do with the white and green wires?
There is a cap you can switch between either put the cap on the green or white wires depending if you want the backup bars displayed. It has something to do with what you see on the display. I left mine alone.
@ 7:00 do you completely enclose both the red and black wires inside the tap or leave them hanging out a little bit?
