So here I show you how to program a Compustar remote start system for a new remote. Whether it is a new one, spare one, or it lost programming. It is still the same procedure. This one was a Compustar CM-DC3 with the 2WR3R-FM remote. It can also be used for the 1WR3R-FM remote and the 2WG15R-FM remote.

I get 2 flashes every time I cycle through the ignition 5 times and it exits programming mode… any idea why?

Parking lights? Are you sure its a compustar piece? Do you happen to know what kind of unit it is? The one in the video is a DC3

@@richideatesyeah definitely DC3, I got it figured out though. I had to press the button on the antenna module which it didn’t say in the instructions.

@@richideates I don’t believe so not on the ANT-2WFMX module. But more than this video the instructions done say anything about this step.

@jamesr3364 I think your right. The older stuff I believe you had to hit the antenna. The newer stuff you do not. Once it sees the fifth sequence, it auto learns
