I like that this girls don't have to be skinny and even the bigger girls are on the team unlike dance moms
yea on my team we have a few bigger girls and they are just as good and mabye even better than the rest of us

Most successful all-star teams have girls who are all muscle! I'm stick thin myself and after joining cheer it's really started to fill me out with muscle and our team doesn't have near the intensity that this one does.

Clinton works at my gym now (told me he has worked there for a year, I just started there)... I was looking at him for a while and then I asked if he was on SMOED to verify, and he said that it was him. he said it sort of sad though, you can easily tell even though it's been years since that whole situation happened that he still feels bad about it.

I love that they're not stick thin they just are so real like you can see that they have intense workouts but still look like most girls! Not words skinny or bigger girls! EVERYONES BEAUTIFUL!
Your comment is lowkey contradicting…..you’re saying that not everyone needs to be skinny or big, but also saying that you’re glad they’re all not super stick thin meanwhile not every skinny girl is a stick. That’s all genetics……we can’t decide what our bodies look like in our teen years, that’s all puberty and genetics. Those of us who are naturally skinny, we never asked for that or demanded for it, that’s just how our bodies developed and we couldn’t control that.

these people are litterally my inspiration i am 12 now and i have been cheering for 9 years now. they have made me wanna become a better cheerleader sm!
Rewatching this after season 6... much more interesting and inspiring. And Eddie has definitely mellowed down by 2018. Now Kassidi does all the screaming and pushing as his assistant. No emphasis on crazy difficult conditioning. Yet, it turns out they can win championships even without hard-core badass coaching. If season 7 ever comes out, I do not expect anything special compared to these good all days. So many colourful characters and strong personalities
For those who have been asking why was Robert already there. Don't worry your not the only one who has seen him. These episodes were already shot weeks or even months in advanced. So Robert was already there and cheering with Smoed. Hope this helps you out.

These shows are taped months in advance of actually being edited together and shown. Robert probably came in just before the actual showcase but they didn't show his story until just after this episode.

i watched all of him coaching and cleaning up airborn, then while watching all that they brought up smoed, im here and there is so much tea and its keeping me on the edge of my seat, i do cheer so this is kind of relatable.
