Pac-Man World: Level 18: Down The Tubes (Rescuing Pac Jr.)

So I'm assuming after the destruction Pac-Man caused in Under Pressure, more of the factory is now in ruins, including what seems to be a flooding of a yellow substance. Could this be what the Pac-Dots are made out of?!
Most of this is just the first half of the level, and where you'll find the Bonus Maze, where even more steam pipes will await you.

The second half of this level makes up the busier bulk of it, because you'll be putting a lot of time and effort into releasing Pac-Man's son, Pac Jr., from captivity.
You'll be doing a lot of swimming through different levels of pipe systems in order to complete multiple tasks involving gathering Bonus Fruit, and bringing them to their matching doors. Not only will you get more goodies this way, but one of this goodies will eventually be a path that leads to the Key you need to free Jr.
Even then, just like in Under Pressure, you hit a blue switch to destroy the level a bit more, but not only will this release the Key, but it will also raise the water level where Jr. is so you can actually reach his cage. Just as he says, the exit is just through the horizontal path of the underwater Pipe 1.
Beating this level once you get to Jr.'s point can happen pretty fast, really, but then you'd be missing out on a lot of things, and you NEED to save him in order to reach the end of the game!
Now onwards to the Factory boss!

For anyone who came her just to know where to get the key: you have to head to level 4. Open all the fruit doors to get the metal-up ability. This allows you to get the pumpkin so that you can unlock the door to get the plunger thing. Once you have that, you head back to where your kid is prisoner. On the right side there’s a plunger door that lets you go to an area where there’s a blue switch. Hit that switch and the key appears. See 15:45
