Holy moly that rock at 3:40!! So cool to see you repping my jersey, it's unreal to think it would have been possible a year ago. That air compressor is the least I could do, thanks for everything dude.
I lost my shop space when I moved to Toronto and moved over to apartment dwelling. I ditched my full upright huge air compressor and got a small Rigid compressor. Can't live without one.
I’ve had the fox dirtpaws for a really long time and ridden really hard and fallen on many rocks with them and they’ve stayed in great shape although the Palm gets a little crusty from Sweat they’ve outlasted a lot of the other gloves I’ve tried
i have the same view on knee pads and usually don't wear them... but now i'm sitting all summer and longer with a reconstructed knee cap. just wear pads people.
The CB F15 also works as a valve core remover. The slot for pins that get pushed out on the chain breaker fits perfectly onto valve cores. Handy dandy hidden feature :)
Your beginner mountain bike series really helped me to get motivated and go mountain bike for the first time. Me and my dad went out to bike for the first time a few days ago and it is really fun! One thing I did wish I had when I was biking is a pair of gloves. Being a first time rider my thumbs were rubbed raw and started bleeding and made my ride a little uncomfortable. I also fell on a wood bridge that curves and I got like 4 splinters.
@@noma_es_sebas Well, I now own a dirt jumper a mountain bike and bmx bike and my dad broke his collar bone mountain biking a few months ago so I'd say pretty good lmao
Seth! Loving these new video ideas youve been having A++ Helps out since I am new to MTB been into BMX all my life but taking a new chapter! Keep it up!
Same experience here, that being said, one of the guys I work with did manage to figure out how to replace the seals. Unfortunately, he quit before he could pass that one on.
Christian Meyer I wouldn’t say “finally” after only a year considering it’s a pro grade tool. I have a snap on inflator that’s similar and it’s nearly 20 yrs old and for a few years I used it commercially. It unfortunately doesn’t work for presta valves though, I could probably change the end on it though
Man I can tell you this inflator works like magic in a bike shop...been using it for 2 years and dropped it countless times and still works amazing. Keep up the good vids !!
Thanks for leaving in your crashes, Seth. I can certainly relate more to a guy that crashes and is not ashamed to CZcams it. And nice job with the honest feedback, we want more!
Quality control issues is sadly quite common, I have Poc Resistance Strong gloves, and the stitching was inconsistent, some had great stitching some not, some of them had the same stitching issues, plus glue issues on the straps. palms that wear out fast is also common issue,if they got venting holes they wear out faster. I have not tried any fox gloves yet, because I want protective padding. I you know some one who can new or can do it your self, you can modify(For example putting stronger material at the palms) or repair gloves after they wear and stretch. With my fingers I should not try to sew I think, but my mom fixed my gloves,as I wear them out in few months. Hope our reviews will make a difference.
I really appreciate that you aren't afraid to say it how it is about less-than-stellar products, even when they company hooked you up with them. I feel like a lot of magazine "reviews" are just product ads.
The important thing is that it keeps your face from becoming ugly, because you can't take those scars off your face after a ride like you can take off a helmet.

Had the same issue with Fox attack gloves. Tried to warranty them but they wouldn't because they said it was normal wear and tear. I had them for 2 weeks!
I have had the Fox Digit gloves for over a year now and I had to restitch some new velcro onto the strap because it had worn out, but they worked decently. I am definitely going to get some Handup gloves though, just can't decide which ones to get. :-)
Tanner Hickman I hear ya. I just hate having to restitch and Fox doesn't stand behind the product which pisses me off. I'm about to give the handup gloves a shot.

That Double Bass Jazz music from 1:44/2:34 was on point when you spoke about the Sh*t Kit. I probably replayed that segment of the video around 20 times already, if anyone of you Seth happens to know what it is called I'd be much obliged. You seem to use the best use of contemporary, non-tacky, electronic/trendy music from places like NoCopyrightSounds, however none of that is bad but it is so refreshing to hear such sounds in your videos and to hear Jazz in Mountain Bike videos are amazing! Just shows your creativity!! Also the music you used in your tutorial videos called the sensei music was so ON POINT! Hey Seth my name is also Seth, I work for a shop out of Minnesota called Michael's Cycles. As far as knee pads, I picked up a set of Fox Head Enduro knee pads and I don't have any trouble with them, and I really like them. I decided to pick up a pair after riding out in Moab Utah and having to go to the ER after messing up my knee. As for gloves I've had a couple pairs of the low cost Fox Head gloves, and they did split apart at the fingers like you. But this season I'm running a pair of the Fox Head Ranger Gel pads and they seem to be holding up better so far. With your shop inflator we have the same ones at the shops I work at, 2/3 of them seem ok, but after using them for a few yrs the seal between the valve stem and the inflator meet goes bad, and the black button falls off. I also wanted to say I really enjoy your videos, keep them coming, I try to recommend your CZcams channel to my customers and friends!!
Just bought the CB f-15 based on your review (and because my other multi-tool decided to go walkabout). The CB Klic looks awesome too, but I think I'll wait until next season to replace my pump - which sucks, but works. Thanks for the gear reviews!
To Seth or anyone in the comments that have an opinion on this please read and answer: Alright, so, before I start this I want to say I ride on roads 85% of the time, but I just hate road bikes and alternative road/mountain bikes. I like Mountain Bikes, even on the road. I am a good rider, I do not actually mountain bike. So, here is my question, should I go with the 2017 Rocky Mountain Growler 740, a 27.5+ size tire bike or the 2017 Rocky Mountain Fusion 940, a 29er. I know it all comes back to my own preference but I would like to know what others think too just because this is probably the bike I will be riding for years to come and I want as much opinion as possible.
Tangey1 I'm no pro but your choices come down to either a 29er or 27.5. And from personal experience I can throw my 27.5 around a lot better than my 29er. My 29er rolls over a lot and fast with little effort while my 27.5 corners great.
Thanks for your opinion Seth. Also, love the vids, keep it up :) Comparing the Fusion 940, do you think its worth it going up to the Vertex 930 for the price or sticking with the Fusion 940. Its really Deore vs SLX, and what I have found online is that there is not much of a difference but SLX comes out just on top. I don't think its worth the extra $, whats you opinion?
Tangey1 sorry for leaving that out,it's a 27.5 Plus. I also mainly ride trails if your going to be using it on the rode I'd take Seth's suggestion of going with the 29er and maybe getting a low resistance tire. Ever looking into gravel bikes like the cannondale slate?
Love the log crossing.... and the guts to include your screw-ups on your vids. I definitely got a good laugh out of that, looks like something I would do! 😅
Great video and very helpful info thank you for your hard work and all the great info you share with us . Helps us new guys find stuff that works and not a waste of money .
We use those park tool inflators at the shop I work at. Very, very durable, they get dropped, knocked around and whatnot and still pump out the air! the only thing is that after awhile with so much constant usage we have to regrease/replace some of the seals. But it's good at what it does, filling your tires.
Hey! I'm Tyler and I work at a shop in Saint George Utah!! Great video! We use the Park Tool inflator! It works pretty well! But with them constantly being dropped. They last about 6 to 8 months. But they are totally worth it! If you ever find your way to Saint George I can show you some sweet trails!!

Love these videos! Keep it up Seth!
If you ever find your way to Saint George I can show you some sweet trails!!
love your work Seth, keep it coming
