This interview has been very refreshing, listening to the issue of 1 .Crime in poor communities. Cheslyn you handled this interview very well and you are in tuned with what's happening on the ground in our communities unlike the DA leaders visiting our communities and never look back to our cries. They just listen to our pain and not help with the socio-economic issue amplifying the crime. Well said about what is the root-cause - the meltdown in our community. 2 Deportation happens in the UK all the time. Everyone must have a valid permit to be here in the country. I worked in the UK and valid work permits and visa is BIG in the UK. And yes we will have teething problems BUT we not going to sit back and be led by the failing DA for another 5 years . We simply just will not survive another 5 years of struggling and begging the DA leaders that do not care about our wellness in the poorer areas. I personally had Anroux Marias , J.P Smith , Mayor Hill- Lewis and MEC Alan Reagan out here in Lavender Hill pointing out our struggles and NOT ONE OF THEM sent help to us here in Lavender Hill . 3. On the land issue - our land was taken 1971 and I was born in a shack because they paid my grandfather R3800 for 4500sqm of land, today we live in a shack and the land now belongs to(" those privileged") This destroyed my life and our entire family tree of over 200 living in council rental stock struggling. I'm not affiliated to any party. I'm also a colored person and Cheslyn did quite well answering the questions. However some were very farfetched. Also the PA I believe should not push a colored agenda and rather push a poverty South Africa agenda.
Cheslyn is very passionate about his role as our Ward Councillor and extremely busy but unfortunately as a Patriot myself I'm disappointed in the Executives who work directly under him who tend to exclude almost everyone else in the Kensington, Maitland and Acasia areas as they all live in Factreton...which I think is the reason why we are so divided. THIS IS A KENSINGTON WARD 56 You find one Leader responsible for many roles with the result they cannot keep up with their duties. Cheslyn Steenberg needs an Assistant to steer this Ward in the right direction as right now it's chaos. I joined the Patriotic Alliance a year ago with the Local Elections and have been canvassing for the PA 💚 at every opportunity I got. A few days ago I removed myself as an active member on the groups due to ongoing abuse from certain leaders who think they own the PA😡 We are no longer in bondage as Jesus set us free and NO LONGER IN SLAVERY!!! One is not allowed to have an opinion or point out unfairness of the treatment we get then u are attacked by a few of their people residing in Factreton 😡. I'm sick and tired of Coloured fighting each other because of wrong and ulterior motives to be recognised. Gayton distinctly said he is for a two state solution. He said he is Pro Israel but do not support genocide. He also added that hundreds of people including children die every day on the Cape Flats alone and we should address our own problems here in South Africa first before we get involved in the war in the East and other Countries. As a born again Christian myself I am pro life and care about the livelihood of all Civilians but totally against Terrorist Organisations like Hamas including Pagad/Isis here in S.A.🇿🇦💚🙏😇

Work with the DA and allow Gayton to be the Premier and Corne and Fadiel in the cabinet the DA done a good job controlling the Finance and governance in general but they need Gayton and Fadiel and to ensure they Deliver bring in Corne we need a bit of a Dictatorship the DA is way to soft but great at keeping an eye on the finance
