Knysna is a mess, refuse not being collected, water is undrinkable, does not attract tourists anymore, place is unsafe and dirt strewn everywhere...similar to Joburg.

16:30 Gayton's prediction was right. In the By-election on the 13th of March for Emfuleni, the ANC won with 38%, the PA grew and overtook the DA and went from 14% to 33%, the DA went down from 35% to 27%, and the EFF went down from 4% to 2%.
That is none sense science. Real Science should tell you that the EFF will be the official opposition party
This proves my argument that they are only weakening the opposition and allowing the cANCer back in 🤬
Most of the people making bad comments about Gayton are so wrong...his way of talking is not like anybody else..what you see is what you get ...he is brutally honest .. something you find nowhere in other political parties because they afraid to loose votes..he has said on numerous occasions that if you dont like him dont vote for him..but I believe whole heartedly that he is a man of his word and he has shown that he can get the job done...most people dont undestand why he works with others .. he does that to get power in order to have enough authority to work for and change the life of his people that most of you that comment below have oppressed in so many ways ....so you might as well shut up... Gaytons first language is Afrikaans, he has never lied to anyone about his past..made it abundantly clear to everyone what his mandate is.
So the choice is yours whether u find him credible or not.. oh yes his first language is afrikaans and not English .. should u consider his tone too loud and too grufff then do not vote for him.. but do not criticise him he is a young man who realised that it was time to do for his country which the ANC failed to do.

As a 68 year old mixed race retiree my advice to all citizens u may place yr vote ❎ with the party of yr own choice. But ensure that it's a party that brings about healthy vibrant innovative policy changes and creates a boosting economy that would encourage foreign investment. Lastly law and order no corruption... My previous comment unleashed quite a few responses. I am convinced I touched a nerve. Seems like there is quite a sizable team eagerly awaiting to get their hands on the budget.
Rob Hersov advise is the most realistic answers. If you want your people to come up from the slums vote for the people who is doing the job to upgrade your life. If you stay where there is no help. You voted for them. Nobody else's fault.
The PA, GOOD and ANC coalition took over Theewaterskloof in the W Cape and have now all but destroyed it financially. Hardly started and R300m had "vanished". Service delivery out the door.
