Former athletes always make the best commentators. They just don't talk about what everyone else can see but you get to learn a lot more things when they speak from their own experience. Trinidadian born Ato Boldon is no stranger when it comes to being vocal about athletics. Four-time World Championship and Olympic medal winner and a present coach, he keeps adding to the sport.

9.72 in 2008 at a Grand Prix race.
      9.69 in 2008 at Olympics
9.58 in 2009 at World Championships.
So he broke the record 3 times, that's why he is the best.

Apex_ _Underboss in his book, he said his coach was mad at the ‘12 Olympics and said he could have had 9.48 and lowered the 200. He made up for it by anchoring the 36.84 4x100. All three of his records will be around for a good while.
