Good video, looking forward to the series!
Nice! My first time hearing about this community very informative.
The SWATS is a beautiful place. There are a vast amount of different neighborhoods that make up that large footprint of the city of Atlanta. In addition, you still have other areas of the city such as the east side and rhe northwest neughborhoods as well. All so many people know about Arlanta is Buckhead, Midtown, and downtown, if they are not from Atlanta or if they have not lived in the true neighborhoods of Atlanta. I look forward to your continuing series covering the communities within the city.
Hey Raymond! Thanks for sharing this with us! I am learning about my new home state!! My home is in Fayetteville.
It's about time you came into the city limits of Atlanta. Thank you, sir.
I love how detailed you are! No other realtor I've seen is like you, which is why I believe every realtor should look to your page for inspiration. All the others are seriously lacking. I highly enjoy your home tours too. Thank you!
OMG your comment warmed my heart 🥰. Thank you so much for watching and showing love! I will continue giving you guys all I got 🙏🏾😎… I’m super excited about this serious and I’m too looking forward to see where it goes!
Thank you for highlighting all the different neighborhoods in & around ATL. It provides great research for those of us looking to relocate to ATL proper &/or the 'Burbs. I still have you on contact list for when my time comes! 😂☮️🙏🏽
Thanks for the video! And nice to see where you grew up!
I really like the area. It’s quiet and look well kept. Love the older homes.
Great video fam. Thanks for putting this together.
Love the neighborhood. This is an area of ATL that I have not seen. Thank you. Another neighborhood to consider.
The best channel I've viewed so far. I'm learning a great deal about Atlanta. Planning on relocating there in 2024, so I need all the info I can get. Adair Park is an absolute gem 💯👍
I'm a new subscriber! Love your video coverages of not just the homes, but the neighborhoods. Thanks so much! 😊
Thank you for joining the family! I hope you get all the value out that I’m putting in 🙏🏾
Looking forward to this new series! 😊
Just bought a duplex here and I love the video you created. I will definitely start putting my door hangers on residents doors to inform owners about Estate planning and creating a TRUST. I am from California and love the hole beltline concept
My hood but it’s a great place lived here with my great grandparents & cousins
You must have read my mind, I have future plans for moving to Atlanta and know that I will be moving to a neighborhood like this. I watched a video about the tree house, and hopefully in the future I will be able to afford a place like that. It is good to stay in a neighborhood with public transportation whether you have a car or not. Great job and you have a new subscriber!!
Your excitement seeing the train was everything!😂
Last year I bought a house very, very close to where you are. Initially, I was hesitant when contemplating whether or not to buy a home in the city of Atlanta. The menaces in our black community don't fool with the white ppl of course because they know better, but as a young black woman I was concerned.
After much prayer, research and making wise decisions I decided to buy the home. I'm glad I did!
I look forward to your other videos!
Atlanta native here. Raymond is, by far, the best realtor I have seen on this platform. I really want to work with him. However, as ready as I am to buy a home and I currently live in the Westend area, I can not see myself paying nearly $500000 for any of these homes. Nevertheless, I love your videos!! Onto part 2.
