  • This video is a very short explanation and suggests if you'd like to learn how to do Relax and Release head over to our website link untethered.site123.me/article... and print these article and read an reread these articles if you'd really like to experience the power of Relax and Release. It takes many reads to fully grasp it. I'm still rereading the articles and still getting stuff out of them 4 years later. It's the reminders that allow knowledge and activity to sync to create the experience. Each time we go deeper into the teaching because we evolve with each reading. Thank you, Mark

I can’t find a spot where the tension is. Sometimes when i get anxious thoughts, i get like a quick feeling in my gut or chest or probably my heart does an intensive beat, then it disappears even if i try to scan my body for any feeling. Mostly when i have disturbing thoughts, i can’t find any real tension in my body. If my shoulders, arms or legs are tense, is it what i’m looking for? I feel like mostly it’s my limbs that are tense but not my gut or chest. My heart beats fast too but it happens even when i don’t have any thoughts

It's all perfect. If you can relax around relaxing an releasing it's a big gain and certainly not easy because it's something relatively new for all of us. But if you remember one quote, "If you don't mind it, it doesn't matter." So given that you say "i get like a quick feeling in my gut or chest or probably my heart does an intensive beat, then it disappears even if i try to scan my body for any feeling" great news... if you don't sense it... it's gone sometimes that happens.
