كاين ملاحظات مهمة على الكميات اللي درتهم في الفيديو 👇
💫-المكونات :
- الكمية اللي درتها في الفيديو نتاع الصابلي تخرج 35 حبة والحبة متوسطة مش كبيرة :
💫-عجينة الصابلي :
-250غ زبدة أو مرغرين بدرجة حرارة المطبخ.
-قرصة ملح.
-ملعقة صغيرة فاني.
-100غ سكر ناعم .
-زوج صفار بيض.
-زوج ملاعق كبار كاكاو بني حلو حوالي 40غ.
-زوج ملاعق كبار بندق محمص ومرحي (إختياري يمكن الإستغناء عليها أو تعويضها بأي نوع مكسرات متوفر).
-يمكن إضافة ملعقة كبيرة شوكولا طلاء بذوق البندق إختيارية ولكن تمد بنة للعجينة.
-100 غ نشاء .
-على رأس الملعقة خميرة الحلوى.
-فرينة لجمع العجينة.

💫-الطبقة المقرمشة:
-الكمية هذي تحشيلكم حوالي 30 حبة :
-الطبقة المقرمشة تكون طرية مليح
-الطبقة المقرمشة يمكن الإستغناء عليها يعني إختيارية وتحطوا فيها واش تحبوا انا كانو عندي المكونات حبيت فقط نعطيكم الفكرة فقط .
-100غ قوفريط ذوق شوكولا أو أي نوع قاطو بذوق الشوكولا تقدرو ديرو قاطو ماكاو.
-80 غ إلى 100غ بندق محمص ومرحي.
-100غ جوز محمص ومرحي .
-100غ فوييتين .
-شوكولا طلاء لجمع الحشو (أنا استخدمت شوكولا ديزيرية ولكن جاتني شوي حلوة بزاف ).

✨-كريمة الزبدة المملحة ؛:
-المقادير اللي درتها في الفيديو كمية كبيرة وتكفيكم تحشيو حتى. 50 حبة من صابلي القبة يعني اذا ديروا كمية قليلة مثلا 20 الى 30 حبة صابلي ديرو نصف المقادير هذي .
-200غ سكر عادي .
-200غ كرام فراش.
-قرصة ملح.
-400غ شوكولا بيضاء ( انا استخدمت الوجدان ).
-60غ زبدة .
-100غ بندق محمص مليح ومرحي رقيق (يمكن تعويض البندق بأي نوع من المكسرات متوفرة عندكم مثلا جوز أو لوز ).

💫- مقادير الكرامال لكمية أقل ::
-100غ سكر عادي.
-100غ كرام فراش.
-قرصة ملح.
-30غ زبدة .
-200غ شوكولا بيضاء.
