What an awesome video! It’s crazy how well those boats pieced together without being in a fixture. I remember watching the Cletus video a while back, and it was really cool to get this perspective as well, arc shots and all. The new Revolution 2500 machine would really rip putting one of these together.
Tim, that is what i am going to weld my personal jet boat with, the revolution machine. I was surprised how much and how good cleetus and james were …. 4 hrs training from me and off to the races !!! They welded 80%+ themselves !!!!! Westen on the other hand had his guy Logan weld most of it 😂
There is one critical measurement when you pull up the front of the boat …. Your first weld is the most important one, this determines if the rest of the boat fits or not …. I think its 16.5” off the ground. And when you build yours, over-pull it by 1” make it 17.5” and as you weld more on the boat you’ll loose that additional 1” These kits are relatively high quality all cnc router’d …. They go together ok. Let me know when you build yours and i will come out and give you a hand making sure your measurement is spot on ! You are a good welder, you wont need my help gluing it together
I am ok at aluminum welding but really teaching james and cleetus for about 4 hrs and watch them build 80%+ of their boats - that was really impressive …. Chris from jetstream said his guys weld a hull like this up in about 30 man hours …. I tacked one together on a live stream in michigan with 2 other guys in 3 hrs so 9 man hours …. If i would have fully welded it 1 think i could have been around 20 man hours total …. You do 6 or 7 of these boats you will eventually get good at them 😂
OF COURSE YES ! hot start, crater fill, single and double pulse .... with CK worldwide slider, spool gun made in USA no control box needed - fully integrated in the machine !!!! to my knowledge the ONLY ONE in the market that can do all this !!!

Can you run pulse with the htp spool guns off the pro pulse?
