String floss, brush, then rinse with fluoride m.w. (not water). Haven’t had cavity issues since. And after eating, always swish some water.
From the start of this video I recognized that your hair looks different (great) before you mentioned the brand you use. I think you should continue using it. It looks moisturizer and healthy in comparison to your previous hair with your staple products (in my opinion). I’m glad it worked for you.
The cold 🥶 water girl ! Has been a skin game changer
One tip I've seen for flossing and cavities is to get plastic flossers that are flexible enough for you to bend into a C-shape so it's easier to really get into the gums. And to floss after you have spit out the excess Toothpaste after brushing, but before rinsing your mouth, so you're kind of carrying Toothpaste into those hard to reach spots with the flosser. Then you rinse.

hi sara! i’ve been watching your videos for a while now and i noticed that you use glycolic acid, i used to use it too then i found out from a doctor that it can be dangerous if absorbed by the skin, leading to kidney failure and damage. please feel free to do more research about it, i only scratched the surface when confirming on my own, thank you!

Hii, also researched it and although there’s not many journal articles on it most of what i found is hair straightening treatments like keratin treatments that contain glycolic had been linked to kidney failure

In case you didn't know, don't take the activated charcoal at the same time that you take your supplements, because it will cancel them out
I used to use exfoliating gloves on my face everyday but I stopped because apparently I shouldn’t, but just using my hands or a washcloth doesn’t feel even close to enough. Should I stick it out or use a facial brush etc.?
