I love uou guys and I don’t even know you. Can’t wait to watch your journey, Blue! Your journey replaces the what if mindset that’s been rudely occupying the lane next to mine. There is no IF. There is no possibility of the question “what if?”.
I can wear my “don’t be afraid” jacket for the whole ride. That’s a God given cloak. Yes you can be afraid and yes you can seek solace in “Don’t be afraid”.
But like dust to dust, “what if” & “if” just doesn’t exist. Pouffff, that mindset just crumbled.
Would love to sit with yall and have this conversation again.

This video was on point, I think he pointed out the reason a lot of us don't do it, calling. Although I'm not afraid to make the calls, I'm not too informed on how to make a deal with creative financing. Should I hire a lawyer , etc. I'm a go getter but I feel I'm not too knowledgeable even though I watch these CZcamss. So for me it's the contracts involved in the deal. Thank you for this video, I saw it and immediately played it because I knew it was going to be a look inside myself of why I haven't gotten started!

My reason is many fold. I want to get away from a narc. I want to have more free time. I want a piece of rental property to will to each of my kids at death. And I want rentals for retirement because I divorced older and don't have much of a retirement. I've signed up on your website. But I'd like to just get started with a class. I've been binge watching you today. I'm so glad I found your because I didn't see a way out of this narc relationship until now.

I totally relate to guy in blue shirt, as a person. And yet white shirt you have the ingredient blue and I lack: the purpose. Not that we lack it. But your angle on your purpose. You mentioned the “what if..?” scenario. And for you, you said the “what if” doesn’t exist. It’s just NOT an option. I, and I suspect blue guy too, also have that worse case “what if” burned into my mind. But when I heard you say “for me it doesn’t exist”, that was a huge AHA! for me: “what if” is in the future so of course it doesn’t exist. But in my “what if”, my brain has created an entire future of what if I fail, and the misery and feeling of wretchedness that’ll go with it bc of my failure. I’ve blurred the line and my worst fears, failing and letting everyone and myself down, is right there, running parallel to me, waiting for me to hop over onto its tracks. I’ve pulled my “what if” fear from the future (where it may or may NOT ever exist) and have given it a lane right next to me. I’ve tricked myself into believing it’s alive and kickin’, just waiting patiently for me to fail bc we (I and the what if) have long ago decided it’s just a matter of when, not IF.
Anyway, can’t tell you guys how much I appreciate you!! Seeing myself in blue guy and constantly trying to be white guy and not sure why I wasn’t making it happen. Then white guy you said “for me, my what if doesn’t exist. It’s not an option. So I call people and in my mind, I’m getting that property. I’m not “what-if-ing”.
That was the best reality check I’ve ever heard!! I’ve always “gotten it”, what it takes etc… I see now my fear isn’t different from yours, BUT that I’m treating my fear with respect and deference, like it’s got a say in this and I’m sorta just deferring to it.
WOW. Blue and white guys, thank you soo much! I just came across your video and thought “Ok, perfect topic. How to get started (again). And you blew my mindset wide open!! I don’t even know y’all’s names yet - so apologies for the blue/white. But total RESPECT! This is a transformative conversation, an upset of an old conundrum many of us face.
“What if I fail”
The answer isn’t don’t be afraid.
Like the Angel Gabriel said. The Mindset is “don’t be afraid”. And from there you get the answer to “what if”: what if doesn’t exist. There is no what if.
Clothe yourself in Don’t be afraid or Purpose or whatever you want, God gives it all. But you don’t need to worry about “what if?” because it doesn’t exist, it’s unanswerable.
So brilliant guys! Thanks soo soo much! I’m starting from scratch TODAY.

Very real conversation. It's the first step to getting started and getting over the novice feeling. I'm in restart mode myself. No deals yet but plan on getting two good deals by January 2024.
Is it still real! In my area investors are running tv commercials. I'm sure this cost real money to market they buy houses cash. How can I compete with a small starters budget??

I am looking to become a landlord I got $0 no job at moment starting with nothing but want to save up $6,000 in next 12 months & got a credit of 637 at moment.
