Bengaluru has now the worst Infrastructure, terrible traffic conditions, and a polluted city and there will be no water in upcoming years! In the coming years people will be in a total WFH mode due to the upcoming financial crisis globally, builders are already aware and creating a FOMO among customers with overpriced units. Beware! Beware! before investing.

I am from Lucknow, working in Bangalore from 8 months and I am sure I don’t want to settle in Bangalore. The traffic is a mess, going anywhere in the city takes a toll on you will all the traffic, water scarcity and everything is expensive. Though I am fairly compensated but everything just doesn’t feel like it’s worth it. Most of the 20s young population who are coming from outside into Bangalore don’t want to settle with family here. Pune is good, Gurgaon OK, Noida is great. Hell, even Chennai is good. I have lived in Chennai for more than an year and found it OK to settle a family.

Real estate is expensive because land prices, and most of those deals are done with cash. Everyone earning money in corporate sector are the biggest suckers. Your taxes are subsidising land owners and you are also buying overpriced real estate

Indian real estate is a bubble...going to burst soon. Mark my words. Come back in 2025 Oct.
Bengaluru real-estate unnecessary price without any real infrastructure development. Full of traffic jam No roads no water polluted lakes nearby builder asking 12-13K per sqft fresh launched property. You can't charge me for a metro which is 10 km away from the property.
