Insanidine Eh the cycle won’t happen if nanashi chooses to keep out of humanity’s buisiness and let them do what they want. The issue with YHVH is that he restricted freedom and forced people to follow him. If nanashi lets people worship whoever they want and lets them be there will be no rebellions.

It'd be interesting though, What if Nanashi wasn't as bad as YHVH? Like, he generally left humanity to their own devices (as Dagda wants)? Would there need to be a messiah to take him down even then?
Honestly given the default "anarchy" choices (aka the dialogue choices that make you act mostly like a callous jerk), Nanashi will probably become just like YHVH in the end. He has a brainwashed Flynn as his "Satan," and he blatantly disdains everyone including his "friends." He takes Dagda's teachings to heart and acts like a tyrant, forcing his way to get what he wants. Personally, I thought Dagda's ideals felt pretty empty when I played through the route.
rOvertJustice True, that does make sense. I was just thinking of it as Nanashi being a Well Intentioned Extremist. Though I came to this conclusion due to how he kills his friends. You can comfort Nozomi, Thank Gaston etc. But you're probably right in the end.

Am I the only one who thinks this route is a sort of sick cycle that'll keep repeating itself?
I know I’m 2 years late, I think it’s the other way around. It’s already been established that when you kill YHVH, he will always return, because humans are too weak to live without god. But in this ending, you replace YHVH as god (and let’s be honest, a lot of humans could do a better job as god). Once god returns, he torments the souls of his killers for eternity, as seen with the protagonist of SMT2. So, if you go the peace route, YHVH will return, you and your friends burn in Hell, then the war between law and chaos continues. But in this end, you get to create a universe that you see as just. Also, since you’re using the souls of your friends to create the new universe. So theyre basically becoming lesser gods. As for all those innocent people you killed? Just reincarnate them. It was going to happen anyway.
I believe you're just replacing YHVH as the tyrant god trying to extinguish mankind. The creators implies that YHVH is *not* supposed to be like that, but rather a sign that the universe is corrupted.
*I doubt having a being from that corrupted universe create a new one as it's God makes any difference...*
Trustworthy Angel Mastema YHVH states in both the Peace and Anarchy endings that he will slip from the minds of humans. Since he needs to be recognized as god for him to survive, once you kill him, he is gone for good.

Dagda wanted to return to his original form as being a living force of nature. YHVH used humanity's power of understanding to corrupt the gods and lock them into the physical bodies we see them as throughout the game. By destroying YHVH and his universe, we reversed the corruption, returning the gods back to their true forms. It is also heavily implied that we create a new form of humanity, where people rely on their own strength and perseverance, instead of leaning on each other for support.

I just finished the Bonds route for the 1st time. I wanted to see how the other route went.
I struggled with "Divine Harmony" and his Self Buff skill. But after a few tries and understanding his second form, I did it. :3

I have a serious question; why would stephen be willing to continue helping knowing full well that we'll be destroying the current universe and creating a new one.

He exists outside of the universe's reason, and only wanted to observe if you or human potential would win.

The story would go like this instead of Tokyo Los Angeles would be the setting with it being the angels and demons that brought the apocalypse not nukes and the opening of apocalypse happens but with the goddess of Tokyo reviving the mc instead of dogda and having him kill all the gods, demons, and angels in L.A to make him strong enough to kill nanashi and Flynn

Or if you want to really start stacking ideas, Mayby the other 3 messiahs join Nanashi to defeat the great will but that's a whole nother level of hoping

That's what he tells you in the Messiahs in the Diamond Realm DLC. There's more than one way to achieve this - either through seeing if humanity can collectively mutually reach that place, or if someone overhauls the natural law of the universe to allow humanity to do that by themselves.
How dangerous is YHVH's second forms smirk effect that you always remove it even at full health?
in Apocalypse? Very dangerous
a Smirked Supernova can come close to wipe you out at Neutral buffs/debuffs, let alone the fact he gets an extra press turn cause of it, increaing your chances of dying to whatever he follows up with.
You can see at the start I didn't get rid of his smirk though and thats because I knew he can't use Supernova at the start (he always starts his first 2 turns the same way, after that its random/dependent on his HP%)

It's actually just... Y'know how all the other gods in SMT games are all demonic looking to some extent, yet YHVH isn't? It's because he demonised them in order to make them less worshiped by humanity. The same thing happens to him after you deny his divinity and beat the crap out of him to the point he himself doesn't believe in his own divinity as much.

RedSonic7 Overload There are certain Apps that let you break the Fusion Level Cap, the last one completely removing all limits. If you didn't get these Apps, then you'll have to get the free DLC that brings the Level Cap to 999 in order to fuse Satan.

It means you don't understand how much of a douchebag you've been to get there without penalty. There is essentially context clues to tell you what to deny based on his words. He talks about his comfort to blah blah,blah, deny his comfort.... or just choose option 3 every time XD

After you defeat Vishnu-Flynn, go back to where you awakened Krishna. After you awaken Krishna again, he will be available through special fusion.
