    I always get confused, with pea(as in green vegetable peas) and yellow peas , which are lentils!

    Processing foods in this high degree is just grotesque. It proves that plants are not the optimal food for humans.

      Animal protein is processed much worse with numerous chemicals for manufacturing protein isolates. That leaves us wondering which food is optimal for humans.
      Unprocessed animal protein often leads to numerous cancers, fatty liver, damaged pancreas and damaged kidneys!
