Man Billy is a trip! I honestly don’t know if he really believes the things he says! I would love for him to do an interview where they actually challenge what he says! Oh you said that you don’t have to pay back ticket costs because most of them did charge backs? Well… doesn’t mean you get to keep that money. The credit cards are now going after you. And lets be honest, that dude could have turned his life around and does everything perfectly for the festival of a lifetime and attendees are still gonna burn that thing to the ground.
