I'm sure the inmates in prison had fun with Billy. A good looking White boy like him is a rare treat in prison. I'm sure the inmates couldn't keep their hands off him. I'm sure they fought over him. Whoever in prison owned Billy in prison is one lucky inmate. It's treat to have a good looking White boy like him in prison.
